Busy isn't a business strategy.

I mean, I guess it could be. But it's not a very good one.

Ever sit down with a fresh to-do list, look up, and suddenly it's 6 p.m. and you haven't crossed off a single thing?

Want to talk about it?

I believe how we do one thing is how we do everything. And sometimes the patterns that show up in our personal lives have a funny way of showing up in our businesses, too.

Think of my Business Clarity Audit like dumping the contents of your purse onto the table.

We'll sort through the old receipts, toss the candy wrappers, find the things you've been looking for, and figure out what actually deserves a place back in the bag.

Except instead of your purse, it's your business. And instead of finding your keys, we might uncover what's been keeping you stuck.

We'll take an honest look at what's working, what's not, and what needs your attention next.

A little business therapy. No couch required.

90 minutes of one-on-one strategy, a written assessment, and a practical plan for what comes next. $350.

Let's yap

Every business could use a little therapy.

Ā

Building a business comes with its fair share of bumps, bruises, and questionable decisions. Somewhere along the way, it's easy to lose the plot.

And one of the hardest lessons to learn (and relearn and RELEARN) is that not every opportunity deserves your attention.

Do you actually have the time? Will it make you money or add value to what you're building? And is it depositing into your energy bank or leaving you overdrawn?

I'll hold up the mirror (I promise, no dressing room lighting), ask the uncomfortable questions, and help you take an honest look at what's really going on.

Because sometimes (okay, most of the time), the person getting in your way is you.

I know. It's like being seen and attacked at the same time.

Just because the plane is flying doesn't mean it's finished being built.Ā

Ā

I'm a big believer that done is better than perfect. Sometimes you have to get things off the ground and trust yourself to figure things out along the way.

But eventually, whether you're ready or not, something forces you to take a closer look. And if you want to fly further and higher, you'd better make sure you've built what you need to stay in the air.

Are your systems supporting your growth? Are you getting in your own way?

Are you making decisions based on potential (what could happen) or patterns (what the evidence is telling you)?

And perhaps the toughest question of all:

Are you making decisions because they're good for your business, or because they're good for your ego?

Ā

AĀ little business therapy.

A lot more clarity.

For $350, here's what we'll do together:

  • 60-minute Business Clarity Session: We'll talk through your business, your challenges, and where you want to go. I'll take a closer look at your business model, brand positioning, operations and systems, financial health, and growth opportunities.

  • Written Strategic Assessment: You'll receive prioritized, actionable recommendations on what to pursue, improve, pause, or eliminate.

  • 30-minute Action Planning Session: We'll review the findings, talk through your options, and map out your next steps.

An honest perspective, a practical plan, and a little Sage Advice.

Your business deserves a little self-care, too.

You've been showing up for your business. Now let's give it some space to tell us what's working, what's not, and where it could use a little support.

Bring your questions, your big ideas, your frustrations, and even those opportunities you're not quite ready to let go of.

We'll sort through it together. We'll definitely laugh, we might cry, and we'll come out the other side with a little more clarity, a lot more focus, and a practical plan for moving forward.
